Network Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**- Lead the design, planning, assessment, and implementation of network solutions with a focus on Cisco technologies.- Demonstrate expert knowledge and hands-on experience in routing, switching, and firewall configurations.- Provide Level 2/3 support for advanced troubleshooting and resolution of network issues.- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.- Monitor and analyze network performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize network efficiency, and ensure network security and connectivity.- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for network management.- Lead and mentor junior network engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.- Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.- Manage and oversee large-scale network projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business goals.**Qualifications**- 7+ years of experience in Cisco Routing and Switching.- 7+years of experience in Firewall Experience.- Strong communication and documentation skills.- Proven expertise in network architecture, design, and deployment.- Proficient in network troubleshooting and support.- Preferred Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Prisma Cloud, Azure, and AWS.- **We are an equal opportunity employer _
