Chief of Party (COP) for USAID South America Regional (SAR) Program Cycle and Monitoring, Evaluation, Collaboration and Learning Support Activity
Nickol Global Solutions (NGS) is seeking a Chief of Party (COP) to provide leadership, management, and oversight for an anticipated USAID South America Regional (SAR) Program Cycle and Monitoring, Evaluation, Collaboration and Learning Support Activity.
About the Role
- Provide strategic leadership to the Activity team and oversee Activity implementation to ensure achievement of expected results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NGS with USAID/Peru and establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including government representatives and implementing partners.
- Provide technical advisory leadership and guidance to the Activity team, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, and overall guidance on Activity planning and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall design and execution of technical and learning-focused interventions that support the Activity's objectives.
- Develop yearly workplans, learning exercises, indicators measuring Activity results, communications products, and staff capacity building exercises.
- Design and administer technical interventions to demonstrate how Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) leads to effective development outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, or Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience.
- 10+ years of international development experience, preferably with USAID contracts and MERL expertise.
- 5+ years of work experience in South America, preferably Peru.
- Strong knowledge and application of USAID rules and regulations, including contract compliance, financial management, human resources, and procurement.
Benefits
