The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee activity implementation, and ensure the project achieves its expected results.Key Responsibilities:Provide overall vision and leadership for the activityServe as primary liaison with USAID client, partners, and stakeholdersEnsure adaptive management to achieve activity objectivesMaintain compliance with USAID, USG, and local regulationsRequirements:Master's degree in relevant field or Bachelor's degree with 12 years of international development experience10+ years of experience supporting international development projects, preferably with USAID contracts5+ years of work experience in South America, preferably PeruStrong knowledge of USAID rules and regulationsBased on the contract, the Chief of Party will lead and manage the overall activity, responsible for implementation, results, and management.
They will supervise and lead the team, develop and oversee contract work plans, budgets, and reports, and ensure quality control.
