Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-onsite. This role is contributing to the Process Automation business area in Talara - Piura. You will be mainly accountable for:Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points.Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleYou have 2 years of technical experience in field service or related.Possess an enhanced knowledge of Electrical maintenance low and medium Voltage.Possess knowledge of power equipment, projects and implementations.You are at ease communicating in English at basic level.You are innovative around flexibility and availability to address critical situations.You have availability and the willingness to travel and work giving support abroad to others ABB global customers sites.You have an elevated level of Service Attitude.You have an elevated customer satisfaction mindset focus.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
