Your Mission : Day to Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth systems, processes, and workflows.
- Optimize sales team performance through KPI tracking, goal-setting, and feedback.
- Develop scalable onboarding, training, and management processes for sales reps.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with growth objectives.
- Ensure cross-departmental coordination (Sales, HR, IT) to support operational success.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Manage budgets, ensuring resources are utilized cost-effectively.
- Handle recruitment, team management, and HR tasks for the operations team.
Your Toolbox : Skills to be Successful
- Proven experience in an Operations Director role, especially within a sales-focused company.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and operational management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
