Manage the human group in charge, keeping them aligned with the operational pillars and motivated to achieve our safety, quality, productivity and scrap objectives, establishing a culture of data and continuous improvement.3. Ensure the scope of results meeting the expense budget.4. Adhere to and promote Amcors Safety Leadership principles.5. Promote compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations, the Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Amcors Safety standards.6.
