Experienced Professional**ASnapshot of Your Day**As an Order Management specialist, you will beresponsible to support and coordinate activities with different departmentslike Sales, Proposals, Project Management and Field Operations locally and withfactory for offering and managing purchase orders for spare parts for SteamTurbines and Generators interacting with different departments locally and withour factories in LATAM, Europe and USA.**HowYou'll Make an Impact**- You will manage customers Purchase Orders by reviewing the proper SalesTerms and conditions and Incoterms.- You will coordinate and perform the local Purchase Orders to ourfactories.- You will Ensure to issue and confirm the corresponding "Order Acknowledgement"for customers in coordination with our factories.- Tracking Order Confirmations- You will follow up status of manufacturing with factories to comply withthe "On Time Delivery" date.- Requesting and following up of delivery documentation of manufacturingsites- Clarification / updating in case of delivery date changes from factory.- You will support and coordinate commercial projects, logistics andcustoms experts during the transport and shipment process.- You will support Project Management department by providing status ofSpare Parts Logistics and transportation process and to contribute to ensureprojects execution "On Time Delivery" and Costs Plan.- Maintains constant communication to customers, outside contractors orother stakeholders.**What You Bring***- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar College Degree.- At least 2 years of experience in order processing (or similar process) with SAP; basic understand of technology and manufacturing processes, MS-Office.- You want to start your career path in a leading international energy company.- Proficiency English.- Knowledge in related disciplines such as Logistics, Transportation, Contract Management, Finance and Administration.- Able to present information in a clear manner to the project team and management.- You are a very good communicator along with problem solving and proactive skills.- Strong influencing skills and highly motivated to work in an international matrix organization to collaborate cross-functional.- Experience in international cooperation.**About the Team**You will be part of Siemens Energy Perú contributingand driving internal continuous improvement processes.**Who is Siemens Energy?**AtSiemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
