As a Partner Sales Manager within Amazon Web Services(AWS), you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on ourstrategy to build mind share and adoption of Amazon Web Services'Cloud Computing Platform covering a wide area of services frominfrastructure to Artificial Intelligence, Io T, Machine Learning,Big Data and analytics and Mobile services across AWS's customersby leveraging partners.


You will drive the AWS businessopportunities with System Integrator and other AWS partners byteaming with the account teams and their leadership to address thebusiness needs within the Enterprise Customers.

Additionally, thisrole will also focus on nurturing operational relationships withthe System Integrator (GSI) community in NOLA (Colombia, CentralAmerica Caribbean and Peru).

The ideal candidate will possess abusiness background that enables him / her to engage at the Cx Olevel both within Enterprise Customers and SI's and to easilyinteract with enterprise.

He / she should also have a demonstratedability to think strategically about business, product, andtechnical challenges, with the ability to build and conveycompelling value propositions.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and GlobalServices (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption,
andgrowth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-marketaccounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

TheAWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies andbelieves that world-class support is critical to customer success.

AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that arebuilding mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Keyjob responsibilities - The main responsibilities will includehelping to define and execute against the partner program for Peru,establishing business and technical relationships, and managing theday-to-day interactions with these organizations in order to buildlong-term business and marketing opportunities.

- Have a holisticview of the Partner Community, a deep understanding of the SIpartner capabilities and solutions that will solve Customerchallenges.

- Advise customers and commercial sales teams on thevalue of partners, engagement, and recommend qualified partners tosupport customer needs.
- Expand existing AWS footprint as well asdrive new customer engagements with partners to grow overallrevenue with a focus on business outcomes.
- Become a trustedmember of the sales team to own deal execution with partners,leveraging Partner programs, and coaching partners on bestpractices.
- Work closely with Partner Solution Architects (PSA) toensure partners deliver quality results and work with PartnerDevelopment Managers (PDM) on engaging their partners in the localmarket.

A day in the life - Have a holistic view of the SI PartnerCommunity in the context of the NOLA business, a deep understandingof the partner capabilities and solutions across all SI beingrepresented in NOLA.


- Have strong interlock with the SI PartnerManagers, who run the individual SI relationship in NOLA and theEnterprise Sales teams in NOLA.
- Collaboratively set out, executeand manage the aggregated SI portfolio in NOLA as it relates tostrategy, demand generation, pipeline management, forecasting andrevenue attainment.
- Set up and execute a SI and Enterprise Salesteam operational cadence in NOLA which ensures that SI are wellrepresented in the market but specifically ensure there is stronggovernance on relationship mapping and Executive cadence.
- Workwith all levels of AWS commercial business (NOLA, LATAM and Global)to ensure SI are leveraged to be a significant contributor to theNOLA business.

- Prior experience working withSystem Integrator Companies, Consulting Companies, Telcos andDistis to achieve sales. - Prior direct sales experience with quotacarrying experience, pipeline management,
and forecasting.
- Experience working within the enterprise software developmentindustry is highly desired. - Experience working in EnterpriseCustomers with partners and customers - Experience building PartnerAccount Plannings
