We've got big plans to expand into new markets and make a meaningful impact on the world of payments.Your Responsibilities:Promote the growth of merchants.Manage all the commercial operations activities for Perú, Chile and Ecuador (b2b/b2c) in close cooperation with the global sales team.Ensure the satisfaction of all the targets in terms of sales, quality of service and costs.Identify and address opportunities of improvements in terms of process and operating model.Support the global sales and marketing strategies and priorities.Responsible to ensure proper communication channels are in place within the Commercial Operations units to maintain informed and updated all colleagues on important and relevant matters.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.Establish and define goals together with those responsible for each area that is involved in commercial, product and financial growth.Ensure overall department motivation, retaining high performing employees.Develop the commercial and business strategy for attracting merchants and payment methods.Analyze new developments for complementary products that add value to current and future ones.Report on a weekly and monthly basis the management progress to the departments involved in the multi-area growth of the country.Support annual budget plan process creation and monthly forecast review as per company requirements.About You:More than 15 years of experience in sales and business development in companies in the fintech/paytech sector at the local level.Excellent knowledge of local financial regulation for starting fintech/paytech businesses.Relations with local payment methods and banks.Good communication skills and proactivity.Ability to lead and adapt to a dynamic environment with constant changes at a fast pace.Advanced English level.Strong management and leadership skills.Analytical and problem solving abilities.Effective time management, strategic and business 360º degree view.Ability to anticipate, manage and mitigate risks and stressful situations.University degree in economic sciences, business administration, accounting or related fields.Experience in the digital payments business (3 years) will be a plus.If you're passionate about tech, innovation, and want to thrive in an environment that values collaboration and diversity, this role might be the perfect fit for you!
