It is this passion for innovation that drives each one of our employeesfor personal and professional success.What youll doResponsible for Brazil payroll processing and other countries as assignedEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Process payroll and partner with third party vendor to file applicable taxes and benefits within the deadlinesAct as a back:up for other countries as assignedCreate, review and confirm audit reports and reconcile totals. Analyze and test workflow and system changes. Serve as a liaison to third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects pay policiesPartner with People Services team to assist employees on all payroll:related inquiriesPartner with HRIS, HR, Accounting and benefits to ensure all accounting and reconciliation deadlines are being met and transactions have been booked accurately.Perform year:end reconciliation activities What qualifications will you need to be successful?Knowledge and Experience 3:5 years Brazil payroll experienceWorkday knowledge a plus (not required)Any exposure to ADP systems a plus (not required)Proficient in Microsoft Excel Skills/Abilities:Fluent in EnglishSpanish speaker a plus (not required)Excellent Organizational and multitasking skillsWorks well individually and as part of team
