The Consultant Architect is a part-time, on-call position responsible for meeting with clients, gathering project requirements, conducting site surveys, and creating procedural designs. They must ensure compliance with international and local codes, coordinate project submittals, and resolve design issues.Key responsibilities:Review the Client's Program of Requirements and site characteristics.Review statutes, regulations, codes, and collaborate with integrated teams.Attend Project Kick-off meetings, conduct Building Assessment evaluations, and ensure design milestones are met.Provide input for design and construction standards, review design phases, and provide drawings and specifications.Act as Planate's representative during project construction meetings and validate contractor's mark-ups.Provide services related to the project and support the Design Manager.Qualifications:Must be a licensed Architect.Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Minimum 12 years of planning and development experience.Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts, excellent English communication skills.
