The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking one proactive and responsible Trainee from Administration, Finance, or related careers to be part of the Campus Shared Services team .

We integrate social and biophysical sciences to address complex challenges in food and agriculture, with a growing emphasis on qualitative social science to understand human behavior and development.
The position : This position will be based in HQ-Lima, Peru and will report directly to the Campus Shared Services Officer.
Training activities :
- Support administrative activities
- Management of statistics, reports, BI
- Use of the OCS system (payments, requisitions, purchase orders)
- Logistics for national and international travel
- Requirements for local transportation, packages, and material shipment
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Graduated from Administration, Finance or related studies.
- Proficient in statistical tools and Power BI
- Intermediate / Advanced level of English
