Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, team coordination, in order to implement Oracle products and solutions to meet customer needs.Applies Oracle delivery methodologies, company procedures, and leading practices.OFSAA Engagement Lead / Manager10+ years of total implementation experience preferably in Banking and / or Financial Services Analytics to provide guidance and work closely with Functional subject matter expert,Technical lead and project team members to successfully enable the solutions for have 5+ years experience in managing engagements right from Requirements Analysis, Solution Design, Test Cases development, Solution Validation & User Training.If they do not have OFSAA Product experience, the resource should have experience in implementing similar products like Banking, SAP, SAS, Axiom based knowledge on two or more of the following : Performance Management Solutions (FTP, PFT, ALM), Risk Solutions (Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, Credit Risk), Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Case Investigations, Regulatory / Compliance Reporting customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a Customer's processes and strategies.Experienced in project staffing, financial reporting, risk management and building trusted stakeholder relationships. Should have SDLC, Agile concepts and cloud based implementation experience will be understanding of waterfall, iterative and Agile(sprint based) delivery methodologies.PMP, SAFe, Agile certifications are preferred.Excellent Portuguese and / or Spanish written & oral communication skills and moderate English proficiency.Career Level - IC3Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
