You will be entrusted with managing multiple critical products and projects from timeline, technical and nancial aspects.. Product strategy and Market Research. - Work with the senior leadership to set the strategic direction for the critical products:maintain portfolio view. - Monitor game and market status to continually question assumptions and make adjustments to products and service offerings. - Develop quantitative hypotheses for new projects, and analyze data to see if projects meet success criteria. - Plan and develop roadmaps and execution plans for products development and publishing projects. - Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and request support from appropriate internal team when necessary. - Create and effectively communicate all tasks, priorities, and deadlines for internal resources and external development teams. - Collaborate with the internal teams to drive in:depth data analysis and research that will inform product decisions. - Oversee product performance and decide on actions to be taken,liaise with non:product teams to achieve best possible results. - Present product updates, KPIs, and other analysis and reporting to management and product teams. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder to ensure having a proper and smooth workow. - Reect customers voice by developing a deep understanding of our players end:to:end experience, gathering and analyzing data and sharing key results with concerned departmentsProcess improvement. - Ideate, design, and iterate on development processes and practices within the product teams. - Create documentation to capture key challenges, solutions and learning pointsTen cuidado :
