This role reports solid line to the Upgrades & Retrofits Procurement Manager and its purpose is to develop, steer,
and implement strategic procurement initiatives related to FLS's global Upgrades & Retrofits business.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Develops and aligns strategic procurement initiatives based on Upgrades & Retrofits business requirements and strategy.
2. Acts as first point of contact within Procurement for the Service Group Upgrades & Retrofits management team.
3. Coordinates directly with relevant stakeholders within Service Procurement, FLS Operations, and other internal and external stakeholders.
4. Ensures a holistic view on strategic procurement initiatives including purchasing, logistics, expediting, QC, manufacturing, and others.
5. Develops relevant KPIs and monitors procurement performance related to Upgrades & Retrofit business.
6. Proactive identification of improvement areas and development of suitable improvement measures.
7. Supports SG Upgrades & Retrofit team in special ad-hoc tasks related to operational Upgrades & Retrofits business (e.g. cost development analysis).
8. Contributes to efficient SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process and takes demand planning to supply planning.
9.
Drives efficiency improvements through best practice sharing across regional Upgrades & Retrofits Procurement teams.
10. Supports the development and implementation of procurement processes relevant to Upgrades & Retrofits business.
What you bring:
1. Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred in relevant area or the equivalent knowledge acquired in whatever way.
2. 5 years of experience in similar positions.
3. Advanced English.
4. In-depth knowledge of procurement and global sourcing.
5. Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing and Tendering and Supplier Management and Development.
6. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
7. Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
8. Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving approach.
