Robinson is looking for a Product Development Manager to lead and coordinate regional trade development.
This key role focuses on supporting sales growth within our branch network, working closely with sales teams to drive both new and existing business.
In this role, you will collaborate across the region to raise awareness of our services and lead day-to-day sales activities, identifying opportunities, driving focus, and reporting on progress and challenges.Key Responsibilities:Actively participate in product enhancements, developments, and pricing discussionsCollaborate with local and regional management to develop sales strategies, target lists, and increase volume for trucking, customs house brokerage, terminals, and warehousingShare customer-specific data and expectations with internal teams to create viable supply chain solutionsUtilize effective negotiation and sales strategies to discuss pricing and sell solutionsMake strategic recommendations to ensure sustained growth of C.H.
Robinson's market shareCommunicate strategies and ensure execution by collaborating with local and regional sales teamsProvide market-specific training and awareness to local sales teams and regional staffPerform other duties and responsibilities as required by the team or country-specific needsQualifications:Required:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 5 years of Global Forwarding Sales experiencePreferred:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of logistics, solution design, and supply chain processesProven ability to create and coordinate comprehensive trade lane programsStrong sales, interpersonal, and analytical skillsDemonstrated strategic thinking, relationship-building, and negotiation abilitiesValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentDisclaimer: This job description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
