Poland a subsidiary of an international corporation is NOW looking for:PRODUCT SPECIALIST, VALTRA, POLANDJOB SUMMARYThe purpose of this position is to perform Sales and Marketing Support activities for the Valtra product line of responsibility, in Poland. The responsibility of this position is to ensure both AGCO Staff and Sales Distribution network are fully up to date with all information relating to the products to enable them to achieve AGCOs goals, throughout Poland.This position will interface on a regular basis with other disciplines within the company, including Sales, Engineering, Product Reliability and Parts. In addition, the position will need to liaise with the Marketing representatives of AGCO brands (MF, Fendt, Valtra) within Poland.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Support:Support all aspects of Sales related technical queries on the product of responsibility;Ensure timely response to critical requests wherever possible;Provide field support and training for Distribution, Dealers and internal staff;Ensure that all product knowledge is current and maintained up to date;Assist wherever in the planning of any new Product introductions;Provide support for Photo / Field shoots.Product Communication:Produce Product Bulletins for the product of responsibility;Produce and maintain up to date Product InformationGuide;Communicate in an effective manner Product Development issues to Marketing;Recommend specification modification based on customer/market;Product and Sales Training. In conjunction with the relevant Sales teams:Identify all product and sales training requirements, for both Internal AGCO and Distribution staff;Plan, develop and organize product training courses, with all related supporting documentation;Ensuring that all benefits of the product versus competitive machines are communicated in a timely manner;Participation in brand internal trainings about technical features and economy. Transfer of information into the local sales team (Train:the:Trainer:Concept) Competitive Analysis;Identify and maintain database on commercial trends of all major competitors. ;Participate in major farm shows;Anothervisiting customers and dealers to order and demonstrate Valtras unique features, exclusive to competition performance;installation of new machines at the customers site ( be able);the contribution of the Valtra product master and the first point of contact for dealers with regard to technical data (specifications, condition);Supporting ASM in the field of cooperation with Key Clients and non Ag (forest, construction, landfills, airports, etc.);JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation /Diploma /Degree in Agriculture /Agricultural Engineering /Agronomy;2:5 years of Business Experience;High degree of PC literacy with Microsoft Office including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel;F luency in both Written and Spoken English;Good communication skills both spokenl and written;Ability to speak and present in front of both small and large audiences;Driving License B and Tletter and earliest possible start date) via our career website:careers.agcocorp.
