Project Director - PMCLocation: AsiaSector: Project Management ServicesRef No.: MWCND10Due to the recent award of PMC Services on a Major Mixed Use Building Development in India, our client is now looking for a Project Director to spearhead the Scheme.Description:Duties to include:Defining the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Being fully aware of the project objectives in line with the project execution plan, leading and supervising the relevant project teams and parties to achieve these objectives while ensuring the team's full compliance with the scope of the project.Providing direction and support to a multinational project team, within this project management consultancy appointment.Planning and implementing all aspects of the project from inception to handover of the project. Developing a full-scale project execution plan and managing the project budget, resources, and quality assurance of the project.Leading and directing multiple contractors and consultants engaged on a high-profile project at various stages of works.Implementing and managing the project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, reporting on progress of the project to the client and all stakeholders.Determining the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analysing results and troubleshooting problem areas, while building, developing and cultivating any business relationships vital to the success of the project.Be a leader for all matters in relation to health, safety, and wellbeing on the project at all stages.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 15 years experience working for notable International Consultancies across large complex build programs. Previous experience living and working in India would be a distinct advantage. However, experience working as an Expat would suffice.The successful applicant will need to have experience in coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to build robust, long-term relationships and integrated teams.
