The Job
Responsibilities :
- Manage and process invoices for multiple property sites, ensuring all are uploaded to Rent Manager correctly.
- Review each invoice to allocate expenses to the appropriate general ledger accounts based on vendor services.
- Reconcile bank accounts for each site monthly, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with site staff, the back office, and other team members to confirm details and gather necessary information.
- Maintain open and professional communication with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve queries.
The Profile
Qualifications :
- Experience with property management required
- Prior experience working remote for US based companies
- Knowledge of software such as Rent Manager, CRM systems, or QuickBooks is highly preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Proven background in bookkeeping or accounts payable, particularly within a property management context preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify discrepancies or unusual transactions effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills written and verbal, capable of professional interactions and problem resolution in the region.
- Understanding of property management expenses and financial allocations is beneficial.
