Lead a detailed 300-step onboarding process for precision and efficiency. Negotiate effectively with vendors and contractors to maintain high standards. Excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment, utilizing quick decision-making and fluent English. Manage and support your team to complete tasks on time and to high standards. Oversee property preparation, including furniture setup and logistics, to ensure projects finish on schedule. Quickly resolve issues to minimize delays in the onboarding process. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM GMT
