Initially, you will undergo training with colleagues to fully understand the companys standards, processes, and business model. Following this, you will independently set up and expand the business in new countries, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and objectives. This role is ideal for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, a deep understanding of the transportation sector, and the flexibility to thrive in diverse international environments.Responsibilities:Oversee the establishment and growth of business operations in a designated country, aligning with the companys corporate standards and objectives.Lead market entry efforts, including legal setup, regulatory compliance, and operational launch.Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in new markets.Build and manage local teams, providing leadership and ensuring adherence to company values and standards.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure seamless integration of local operations into the broader organizational structure.Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and suppliers.Report on operational performance, key milestones, and market insights to corporate leadership.Requirements:Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5+ years in business management or leadership roles, with a strong track record of launching and scaling businesses in new markets. Experience in the transportation sector is highly desirable.Skills: Strategic planning, operational management, leadership, and relationship-building abilities. Proactivity and a hands-on approach are essential.Specific Expertise:Experience in market entry, regulatory compliance, and team building in international settings.Understanding of the transportation industry and its dynamics.Languages: Fluency in English (C1/C2) and Russian is mandatory.
