Responsibilities include:

Demonstrates intimate-level, abilities and/or proven record of shifting clients towards Agile and modern delivery practices including:
Comprehensive understanding of various Agile frameworks including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Rally.
Hands-on experience in delivering software products using Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies.
Proven experience in coaching teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and senior executives in Agile principles and practices.
Drive discussions with a cross-functional, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team of architects, developers, and subject matter experts to establish the solution vision, analyze tradeoffs, and actively mitigate potential risks.
Deep expertise of technical concepts and solutions relevant to Program delivery and provide guidance to tech delivery team in ensuring deliverables align with industry best practices and meet high quality standards.
Strong skills in change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for teams and departments adopting Agile.
Ability to define an agile transformation strategy, vision, roadmap, operating model, and KPIs.
Designing and implementing Agile transition strategies tailored to client-specific challenges, industry nuances, and organizational cultures.
Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks in Agile transitions, ensuring clients are well-prepared for potential challenges.
Ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging Agile training sessions and workshops for various audiences.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance program delivery effectiveness.
Identifies and maintains performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) to measure team and organizational program process and performance improvements results.
Prepares and presents comprehensive reports, status updates, and program documentation to stakeholders.
Manage expectations, building relationships, and communicating effectively with client stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of approaches to scale Agile across large organizations.
Experienced in modern product management techniques that integrate seamlessly with Agile.
Familiarity with the toolsets and infrastructure required to support Agile teams.
Well versed with Jira Align and alike portfolio management tools.
Deep understanding of Agile metrics like Velocity, Cycle Time, Cumulative Flow, and Burn Charts.
Ability to mentor and grow junior consultants in complex program delivery and agile ways of working.
Collaborate with Sales and business development teams to identify new program opportunities.
Stays up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management practices.
