Qa Automation Engineer

Job Description: Senior QA EngineerWe are looking for a senior QA engineer with some experience with automation to help with both manual and automated testing in support of current and future implementations of a software application. We are seeking capable and enthusiastic people to serve in this role.You will be expected to work within an agile environment and have great communication and technical skills. Most of your responsibilities will revolve around:Creating and executing manual tests, with an emphasis on helping to add to our existing automation.Identifying, evaluating and recommending QA processes and activities in a scrum environment.Executing QA processes and maintaining a high level of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in the deliverables for each sprint.Defining and documenting test cases based on user stories.Helping to automate regression and smoke tests when possible.Estimating time needed and priority for tasks.Defining and tracking quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status.
