Wefollow a hybrid model, so employees are expected to be in theoffice 2 days per week. The Opportunity : This position requiresworking within 2 week sprint cycles to perform quality actionsthroughout all phases of the SDLC to ensure top quality releasesand updates to our platform.
The ideal candidate for this positionwill have a passion for delivering quality software and promoting apositive user experience.
Working on an Agile team this passionwill be applied to all activities ensuring the highest quality,including but not limited to;
sprint testing, regression testing,exploratory testing and other manual testing for our web and mobileapplications. We are looking for someone who does not just finddefects but is actively engaged in helping the development teamprevent undesired behaviour through knowledge transfer and otherefforts.
You will be ensuring the best performance of a toolhelping patients collaborate better with practitioners to bringhealth care into the modern world.
Your Responsibilities : -Regularly create and update test scenarios / cases. - Review softwarerequirements & designs to identify customer flow gaps andopportunities for software quality improvement.
- Identify andclearly report on defects and unintentional software behavior. -Perform manual testing for our web and mobile applications.
- Perform isolation testing and conduct root cause analysis for ourweb and mobile applications as needed. - Effectively andefficiently keep up with the testing workload to have testingactivities complete in time for release.
- Occasionally build andmaintain automation test scripts for our web and mobileapplications. - Communicate intended behavior to technical andnon-technical audiences.
Qualifications : - Technical or bachelor'sdegree in computer science, Software Engineering, or anotherrelated degree. - Advanced English.
- 3+ years of experience inQuality Assurance, within an Agile environment. - Experience withJira and Ms Teams tools. - Experience in regression testing,exploratory testing.
- Experience with CI / CD pipelines. - Firmunderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). -Ideal experience with Python and JS programming languages.
- Idealexperience in API Testing, performance testing, accessibilitytesting and localization testing. - Troubleshooting and root causeanalysis skills.
