MainResponsibilities:- Identify appropriate advertisement channels for a variety of projects or programs- Integrate Internet, social media and professional networking in recruitmentstrategies- Create and post job adverts on various platforms- Track and report sourcing KPIs- Proactively search for ways to improve and streamline sourcing processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers.**Requirements**:- Content creation experience- Minimum 1,5 year experience inSourcing/Recruitment roles.- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration,Industrial Engineering, or relatedfield- Recruitment expertise tailored specifically for the US market- highly desirable- 1 Year minimum of experience using ATS.- Experience using case management tools- Strong cross-cultural communication skills; natural, persuasive and engagingcommunicator with internal and external organizational members- Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures- Able to adapt workflow to new requirements- Experience as a Sr. Recruiter or team leader attracting talent for differentverticals, administrative,corporate, call center, ITO are plusKnowledge:- Google G-Suite - Intermediate- Excel skills - Intermediate- Professional English Proficiency (B2 High) - Multilingual is a plus.- Campaigns to recruit personnel are a plus- Job portals and/or job boards familiarity (Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster,CareerBuilder,Tecoloco, etc.)**Skills**:- Results, creative andinnovation-driven- Being able to work as a team with Co-workers to achieve goalscustomers.- Strong focus on cherishing and building up company image- Orientation to results- Excellent interpersonal relationships- Ability to work under pressure- Strong Communication skills- Willing to learn multiple job requirements
