Company DescriptionThe Media Network Manager is responsible for developing the country strategy for social media, content development & production, programming, communication, distribution, media partnerships & relationships with creators for Red Bull in Peru.She/he applies his/her sharp editorial skills to identify the best stories and create differentiated content and experiences that are "beyond the ordinary" to grow consumer engagement with the Red Bull brand across most relevant 3rd party, Managed channels (TikTok, IG, Twitch, Facebook, YouTube…) and Owned Media (redbull.com, Red Bull TV).The Media Network Manager provides media & content expertise to complement and evolve the local organization's marketing mix in partnership with the marketing team, both nationally and globally.She/he acts as an entrepreneur in his/her country, building and nurturing the most engaged teams, working with the best and most innovative partners, constantly fostering media innovation, and developing business opportunities in consumer communication and interaction through digital and traditional media channels.Job DescriptionContent & ProductionDevelops, executes, and monitors the country's strategic direction by building year-around engagement plans.Responsible for planning and developing the content production around athletes' projects, brand events, live broadcasts, and social media formats, working closely with production partners and media houses, securing high-quality and innovation.Earned mediaIdentify media that matter for our projects, build long-lasting relationships and achieve coverage, and develop and maintain strong relationships with key Peruvian media outlets.Increase our year-over-year media outcome through great story opportunities to the local media network facilitating the translation of marketing ideas into engaging media products.Distribution and Content Licensing: Creativity meets strategy in this role. You'll create compelling sales pitch decks for media outlets to support content distribution efforts.Media Partnerships: Monitoring the market to identify new potential partners for broadcast of events, athlete projects and content concepts.Responsible for the strategic planning and activation around Red Bull athletes, events, and projects, ensuring media and communications efforts are on brand.Oversees and manages the Media Network budget all year long.Managed & Owned channelsLed the programming strategy of Owned (redbull.com & Red Bull TV) and Managed (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) channels. Responsible for building audience engagement – reach frequency and length of interaction – across those platforms by making sure to have the right content at the right time at the right outlet.Defines roles of owned and managed channels, identifies potential programming partner channels, and builds consistent programming and digital communication plans across the network. Grows locally relevant outlets through partnerships.Develop the Social Media content strategy to build and grow key audiences through our managed channels.Defines audience priorities in accordance with the Media Network and Marketing teams. Provides performance and audience insights to optimize audience engagement.Creators Marketing ProgramIdentify and develop relationships with Content Creators, whose organic reach can add value to the business across various key playgrounds to support us in building brand love and by creating long-term relationships and year-long plans.QualificationsUniversity degree in Marketing, Communications, Business and Administration and/or a related discipline.3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably leading social media and digital communication teams with experience in strategic planning, project management, data analytics, content production and media outlets (TV stations, digital media) negotiation.Experience working with media executives on content distribution strategies.Analytic thinking, affinity to data, with abilities to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives.A strong creative and project management background.Proven success in thinking strategically about how to build audience engagement.Is a story seeker, editorial thinker, and creative mind.Understand the different strengths and weaknesses of partner platforms and how to turn them into opportunities.Proven leadership qualities and exceptional presentation skills.Excellent at building relationships in all fields of media, digital platforms, and entertainment.An agile team player who knows how to get the work done.Works with passion and motivates others around them.Additional Information
