They chose Malaysia to be their APAC Tech Hub and actively hiring for multiple positions here to support their APAC business.**Job Description**:Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission:critical production systems.Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end:to:end.Ensuring that the database is adequately backed up and able to be recovered in the event of memory loss.Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross:training to other peers and team members.Assist with schema design, code review, SQL query tuning.Write and deploy SQL patches.Provides feedback and recommendations on requirements based on health check results.Conducts testing to ensure requirementsare met.The Successful ApplicantMore than 5 years of experience in MS SQL Server AdministrationExperience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL ServerExperience working with Windows server, including Active Directory.Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) a plusExperience with Linux and Windows Server environments is a plus.Whats on OfferStable and secured company with global presenceExcellent culture, flexible working arrangement and good work life balanceWe dont just accept difference:we celebrate it.
