You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and deliver high-quality interior documentation solutions. This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to groundbreaking projects.Responsibilities- Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad software: 3D Model, Constructive Drawings, Demolition Plans, etc.- Create attractive photorealistic interior renderings.- Collaborate with architects & designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications- Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and requirements- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards- Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiencyRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field- Proven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation.- Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation solutions- Fluent in English.
