Resident Engineer Peru

Responsibilities :

Provide technical support for Radware products.

Work directly with the Customer technical team.

Use strong TCP / IP networking skills to perform network troubleshooting - to isolate and diagnose network and network load balancing problems related to Radware solutions.

Respond and resolve problems promptly, according to the defined SLA.

Interface with Global technical support and R teams to escalate and resolve customers' issues.

Reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported problems in a lab environment and work with local and global engineering teams to resolve the issues.


Document actions in email and tickets to effectively communicate information to customers and internally.

Establish and maintain stable working relationships with customers and key internal personnel to work effectively.
