Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionRoche Diagnostics is looking for the Supply Chain Lead for Perú and Ecuador affiliate in Quito, Ecuador or Lima, Perú; who develops and leads the local supply chain strategy in alignment with network, regional and global direction considering affiliate market and customer needs, adapting to the changing environment.We are looking for a creative VACC leader that enables a high performance team and innovates to achieve Supply Chain goals and continuous improvement and provide ongoing mentorship and consultation to the affiliates' supply chain function and team, including cascading strategies, metrics, systems, standards and other tools and resources.This role serves as key business partner to the commercial organisation and key ambassador for shaping and development of the strategy and act as a key contributor to the success of the subregional and regional Supply Chain priorities.The challenges of the position:Strategy & Innovation:Deliver on financials and strategyOwn the implementation of initiatives through strong project management and networking capabilities by leveraging synergies across the network.Deploy and deliver the EMEA LATAM strategic focus areas in the affiliate and challenge in global forums to add to the pipeline to boost Supply Chain as a competitive edge.Drive "New Ways of Working" methodologies and their implementationDrive local talent managementOperations:Ensure operational excellence and sustainability, lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Order Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Warehousing & Distribution, etc.
).Act as the link for the country to key partners e.g.
Global Supply Chain, EMEA LATAM, Business Process Management, etc.
and programs to deliver an outstanding customer experience, whilst continuously optimising the operation and guaranteeing business continuity.Ensure key performance deliverables such as inventory levels, distribution costs, write offs are achieved.Drive and improve customer experience within the country.Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations with special focus on resolving any critical issues related to order management, invoice management, etc.Liaise with external parties including, but not limited to, customers, distributors, third party logistics providers, etc.Who you are:Bachelor degrees or equivalent experience are required for the role.5-8 years of Supply Chain experience with 3-5 years in leadership positions.
