The ideal candidate will manage the company's accounting process, ensure compliance with fiscal and tax regulations, and play a crucial role in preparing financial statements and economic reports.Job FunctionsEnd-to-End Billing and Payment Process: Manage the complete billing and payment process, ensuring correct execution and accounting registration.Review of Fiscal Notifications: Review and interpret fiscal notifications to ensure compliance.Tax Preparation and Filing: Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns.Handling Governmental Requirements: Respond to tax, fiscal, labor, and other requirements by providing accurate and timely information.Payment and Declaration of Withholdings: Make payments and declarations of withholdings to employees and suppliers.Payroll Preparation: Prepare payrolls ensuring accurate calculations and legal compliance.Updating Information in Government Databases: Keep workers' information updated in government databases.Preparation of Financial Statements: Prepare financial statements reflecting the company's economic and financial situation.Preparation of Expense Reports: Prepare monthly expense reports.Control of Company Payments: Maintain control of payments made by the company, ensuring their proper registration and timely payment.Updates to Legal Representatives: Keep legal representatives informed about the company's fiscal situation.Requirements:Certified Public Accountant (essential)3-5 years of experience in similar roles.Proficiency in EnglishKnowledge:Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, and fiscality.Familiarity with fiscal and labor regulations.Preparation of financial statements.Experience in payroll management.Experience in audits by regulatory entities.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.Good communication skills and Emotional Intelligence.What We Offer:Payroll contract from day one.Health insurance for your peace of mind and well-being.Hybrid work scheme (based on results).If you meet these requirements and are ready for a new challenge, we invite you to apply and join our team!
