Responsabilidades

What you'll do as a Sales Associate ?

- Be able to explain the service and be the main point of contact with potential customers throughout the sales process.
- Respond to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
- Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.

- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client's products, services, and promotions.
- Document and update records in the required systems.

Requisitos

What you ll need to be a part of the TOP Team of Sales Associate ?

- An advanced English level.
- Desirable sales experience in farming y nurturing.
- To live in Lima, better if you are in Surco and surroundings.
- To be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
- To have skills to solve situations in the most positive way.

What you ll enjoy :

- Renewable 6-month contract.
- Available to work in Surco district.
- Paid training from day one.
- The salary for Sales Associate is of S / .2,000 + S / .84 campaign bonus + 30% in sales bonuses.
- Available schedules from 8am to 8pm - Monday to Friday Saturday and Sunday OFF (40 hours per week). ?
