We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Business Intelligence Coordinator to lead our data-driven initiatives and optimize our sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales analytics, team leadership, and a proven ability to drive business growth through insights and analysis.

Main Activities

- Team Leadership : Manage a team of Sales Business Intelligence Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Data Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales data strategy, aligning with company goals and sales objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting : Oversee the creation of detailed sales reports, dashboards, and predictive models to support decision-making.
- Sales Optimization : Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for sales process improvement, revenue growth, and efficiency.
- Market Insights : Provide actionable market insights and competitive analysis to guide strategic sales planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into overall business strategies.
- Technology and Tools : Evaluate and implement advanced analytics tools and platforms to enhance data processing and analysis.
- Continuous Improvement : Monitor data quality and process efficiency, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Degree

Bachelor's degree

Proven experience in sales analytics and business intelligence or FP

Skills

Expertise in data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics techniques.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Detail-oriented and ability to work independently.

Skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical

MS office

Expertise in data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics techniques.

Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales metrics.
