Staffaro is a leading Human Resources company lookingfor a sales development representative who will be responsible formaking cold calls, communicating with customers, understandingtheir needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

The selectedcandidate should have the ability to close sales and meet targets.Responsibilities - Communicating with customers, making outboundcalls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additionalinformation per email.
- Keeping up with product and serviceinformation and updates. - Creating and maintaining a database ofcurrent and potential customers.

- Explaining and demonstratingfeatures of products and services. - Staying informed aboutcompeting products and services.
- Upselling products and services.- Researching and qualifying new leads. - Closing sales andachieving sales targets. Requirements - High school diploma / GED.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related salesposition preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMsoftware such as Salesforce.
