Promote and sell the organization's products and services within established procedures and guidelines in assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

What You Will Do
1. Translate sales plans into operational sales activities per customer/account according to GTM guidelines (customer categorisation).
2. Monitor and adapt sales activities on a regular basis so that objectives are met.

Visit existing customers and prospects according to GTM guidelines and existing sales processes.
4. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
5. Respond to customer enquiries.
6. Conduct appropriate training/consultancy.
7. Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
8. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
9. Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
10. Properly report visits and activities using Essity's CRM system.
Who You Are
- Minimum education: Bachelor/University degree in Administration, Marketing or related careers.
- Intermediate/advanced Office package.
- Experience in Sales or Trade Marketing, at least 02 years, preferably in mass consumption distributors, or similar positions.
- Desirable experience leading sales or Trade Marketing teams.
