We are open-minded and ready to establish the best environment for creative and ambitious professionals who are eager to join a company that creates a high added value for the world.**About the job**Our B2B Sales Representative position is an exciting, challenging, and rewarding role that is part of a dynamic, ambitious, and diverse team. You will play an important role in **prospecting** and **building solid relationships **with companies in the IoT industry by using various sales strategies after high-quality market research.THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:- Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle- Market research;- Prospect leads via cold calling,- Build deep and lasting relationships with clients through daily contact, demo presentations, in-person visits;- Track the prospecting and clients relationships activities through an in-house built CRM program;- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contract viability to achieve assigned sales goals;- Attend exhibitions/trade shows/meetings inside and/or outside the country, to represent Teltonika, its products and solutions.THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED:- At least 1 year of experience in the **B2B sales** area- Strong **cold calling **expertise, pipeline generation and proactive client search skills- Experience and knowledge in handling **business presentations** and leading meetings with clients- Previous work experience under KPIs, deadlines, ability to deliver results and handle different ongoing projects at a time.- Experience working in tech companies/IoT industry is a plus- Bachelor's or a higher degree of Education, preferably, related to commercial/business areas- English proficiency (spoken, written, understanding), at least B2.WHAT WE OFFER- Payroll: a competitive salary matching your skillset and competences- Workweek: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends free- Worktype: On-site- Office: Avenida Pardo y Aliaga 699, San Isidro.- Career: opportunities to increase your seniority level in the role, or even become a Team Lead in the long-term;- Opportunity to have a day off on your birthday day- Caring and supportive team: we constantly seek for our Employees to have better leadership while regularly sending our Managers to external coaching sessions; conducting Annual Employee Engagement surveys; other Management/HRD initiatives to help scale business and personal goals better.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, PermanenteSueldo: S/.2,800.00 - S/.3,200.00 al mes
