We are looking for an innovative and detail-orientedChassis Controls Integration Engineer to join our engineering team.In this role, you will be responsible for integrating andoptimizing chassis control systems, including braking, suspension,and stability control, to enhance vehicle dynamics and safety.

Youwill collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thesesystems meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards,delivering superior handling and dynamic qualities.

Responsibilities : 1. System Integration : Integrate chassis controlsystems (e.g., ABS, BTC, ESC) into vehicle platforms.

Collaboratewith electrical, mechanical, and software teams to ensure seamlessintegration of hardware and software components.

2. Calibration andTuning : Develop and fine-tune calibration parameters for optimalchassis control system performance across various drivingconditions.

Adjust control strategies to balance vehicle dynamics,comfort,
and safety. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration, VehicleAttributes : Work closely with vehicle dynamics, powertrain, andsafety teams to ensure chassis systems integration aligns withoverall vehicle performance goals.

Participate in design reviewsand provide technical input on chassis control systems integration.4. Software and Controls Development : Contribute to the developmentand refinement of control algorithms for chassis systems.

Ensurethat control software is properly calibrated and optimized fordifferent vehicle dynamics and handling characteristics.

5. Design : Work with the design and development engineers throughout theengineering organization to ensure park brake functions andcomponents have appropriate requirements and interface definitionto achieve their specific vehicle functions.

6. Functional Safety :
Participate in functional safety and failure avoidance analysis ofcomplex electrical and software vehicle subsystems (HARA, FMEAs,etc.

7. Testing and Validation : Design and execute test plans forchassis control systems, including both virtual simulations andreal-world testing.

Analyze test data to identify performanceissues and develop corrective measures. Develop methods andprocedures to evaluate system performance.

8. Benchmarking : Leadassessments of reference vehicle chassis systems includingsubjective / objective benchmarking of chassis controllers.

Conductinstrumented vehicle testing for acceleration, braking, steering,ride and handling, certification testing on all proving groundsurfaces.

9. Compliance and Safety : Ensure that chassis controlsystems meet all relevant safety standards and regulatoryrequirements.


Develop and implement fail-safe strategies tomaintain vehicle stability and control in case of system failures.Participate with development of prototype vehicle training.

10.Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest advancementsin chassis control technologies and integrate innovative solutionsinto vehicle systems.

Propose and implement improvements to enhancethe reliability, performance, and UX of chassis control systems.11. Documentation and Reporting : Document integration andcalibration processes, test results, and system configurations.

Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findingsto stakeholders and management. Minimum Qualifications : 1.

B.S. inElectrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, or Embedded Systems 2. Strong Electrical and EmbeddedSystems Engineering fundamentals 3.


3+ years of experience inautomotive engineering with a focus on chassis control systems. 4.Proven experience in integrating and calibrating chassis controlsystems (e.

g., ABS, ESC, BTC). 5. 5+ years of experience withVehicle Network Protocols such as CAN, LIN & AutomotiveEthernet 6. Experience and working knowledge of systemsdevelopment, vehicle architecture, emerging chassis systemtechnologies, software / hardware tool development, brakes andsteering system calibration, functional safety, network anddiagnostics process.

Preferred Qualifications : 1. Proficiency inusing calibration tools and software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink,CANalyzer). 2. 5+ years of experience designing and developingsafety-critical architectures 3.

3+ years of experience usingembedded networking interface tools for automotive or similar 4.
5+year of experience in designing and launching new embedded products(concept to production) 5.

Excellent problem-solving skills andattention to detail. 6. Strong communication and teamworkabilities. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborativeenvironment.

8. Willingness to travel for testing and collaborationwith other teams. 9. Valid driver's license and the ability todrive test vehicles.
