Job Summary
As a Senior Data Engineer (11374) , you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements.
You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data lakes or data warehouses.
Ensure the pipelines handle large data volumes efficiently, and continuously refine them for performance improvements.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient data architectures that align with the business needs. This includes selecting appropriate technologies, creating schemas, and ensuring that the infrastructure supports efficient querying, processing, and storage of large datasets.
- Implement and manage data governance policies, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.
g., GDPR). This includes overseeing data quality, establishing role-based access control (RBAC), and ensuring encryption standards are followed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +5 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with data modeling and normalization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
