Our employees around the world are focusedon delivering enduring value for our clients.SENIOR ENGINEERING LEADAs an experienced Senior Engineering Lead, you will take responsibility for the technical solution delivery of our E2open collaboration and manufacturing projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for designing and documenting technical integration in coordination with the customer's technical resources.Create and manage a development plan to track internal configuration efforts for accurate and timely delivery.Support customer testing and manage the deployment efforts prior to go-live.Occasionally work with customer support to triage product issues.Analyze the architectures behind complex business processes and oversee the integration of our software products with customer platforms.Maintain a presentable and confident appearance when facing clients.Lead discussions and convey subject matter with meaningful presentation and clarity.Manage a global technical development team and oversee the development plan.Additional duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:6-8 years of software development experience with 3+ years of technical lead experience in the supply chain solution delivery industry.Demonstrated capacity for teamwork, analytical skills, creativity, and willingness to acquire new skills.Willing to work with internal and external teams, grow analytical skills, creativity, and new technical skills.Strong skills in JAVA and SQL.Knowledge of Shell Scripting, Groovy, and Python is required.Basic knowledge of Linux.Integration experience involving XML, API, Webservice & B2B Protocols like EDI, XML.Experience in E2open Supply management solution is highly desirable.Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.Experience in working with multiple internal cross-functional teams including but not limited to sales, customer success, operations, product, and engineering.E2open is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
