You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our financial operations are smooth, accurate, and efficient.
The Role
What You'll Do :
- Manage Daily Invoices : Oversee the process of downloading invoiced shipments, tracking them, and generating invoices for completed deliveries.
- Enter Purchase Orders and Bills : Ensure all purchase orders and bills are accurate, including key details like vendor information, dates, and rates.
- Reconcile Bank Transactions : Conduct regular bank reconciliations,
making sure vendor payments and customer receipts are correctly recorded in QuickBooks.
- Warranty Documentation : Handle all extended warranty claims, keeping accurate records to ensure smooth processing.
- Collections Oversight : Follow up on unpaid invoices and ensure customers are adhering to payment terms, reducing outstanding payments.
- Update Inventory and Credit Requests : Manage daily inventory pricing updates and efficiently process credit requests and proof of deliveries.
- Generate Financial Reports : Produce detailed monthly financial reports, assist with profit reports, and calculate commissions.
Ideal Profile
Who You Are :
- Experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper : You have a proven track record in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in the appliance industry.
- QuickBooks Pro : You're an expert in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel, and ideally have experience with the IAC Dealer Order Portal.
- Detail-Oriented : You thrive on managing multiple financial tasks with precision and care.
- Clear Communicator :
Your excellent English skills enable you to handle both internal and external correspondence smoothly.
- Independent Worker : You're proactive, detail-focused, and capable of managing tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
