Qualifacts was recognized in the 2022 and 2023 Best in KLAS: Software and Services report as having the top ranked Behavioral Health EHR solutions.**We follow a hybrid model, so employees are expected to be in the office 2 days per week.****The Opportunity**:**Your Responsibilities**:- Regularly create and update test scenarios/cases- Review software requirements & designs to identify customer flow gaps and opportunities for software quality improvement.- Identify and clearly report on defects and unintentional software behavior.- Effectively and efficiently keep up with the testing workload to have testing activities complete in time for release.- Communicate intended behavior to technical and non-technical audiences.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in systems, Software Engineering or similar.- Advanced English level, both written and spoken.- 3+ years Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role working in an Agile environment.- Experience with Jira and Ms Teams tools.- Experience in regression testing, exploratory testing.- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.- Firm understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)- Effectively able to work in a faced paced environment.- Desirable experience with Phyton and JS programming languages.- Desirable experience in API Testing, performance testing, accessibility testing and localization testing.- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.- Strong attention to detail.- Keen understanding of various test strategies and approaches.- Can work independently and collaborate well with other team members.- Documentation writing skills with experience in writing test cases.**What we offer you**:- Economic bonus and merit review.- Full Health Insurance (EPS and oncologic) for you and your direct dependents.- Fully paid English lessons.- All legal benefits (CTS, 30-day paid vacation per year, life insurance, etc.).Qualifacts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
