The Position : - We're looking to hire a Senior Ruby onRails Developer to join our team. You'll work with our incredibleclients in one of two ways : - Team Augmentation : You will integrateyourself directly into our client's team and work alongside theirexisting designers and engineers on a daily basis.

- Design : You will work on a FullStack product team to build anddeliver a product to our clients. What We're Looking For : - 5+years of professional software development experience.
- Profoundknowledge of Ruby on Rails and proven experience on previousprojects. - Advanced English is required. - Strong skills inobject-oriented programming.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrumteams.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree isrequired. - Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
