We are looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst who will play a critical role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our s ales compensation programs . This role will oversee the administration of Xactly , manage diverse compensation formats across matrix organizations to ensure the successful design and implementation of compensation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Xactly Administration :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Xactly platform.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of variable incentive payments.
- Maintain system integrity and address any technical issues or enhancements.
- Manage Multiple Compensation Formats :
- Develop and manage various sales compensation structures tailored to different roles and regions.
- Ensure alignment of compensation formats with company goals and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compensation plans seamlessly within the organizational matrix.
- Compensation Plan Design :
- Design innovative and competitive sales compensation plans that motivate and reward sales performance.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation plans are competitive.
- Continuously evaluate and refine compensation strategies to align with business objectives and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Consolidated experience managing Xactly or similar sales compensation software.
- Extensive experience in sales compensation plan design and administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a corporate software or technology company.
- Knowledge of matrix organizational structures.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
