Quick Snapshot:
This is a hands-on position where the role of Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for assuring all aspects of project & techno-functional delivery throughout the client onboarding & implementation phase across all our newly acquired enterprise accounts. Your role is crucial in maintaining client engagement, managing project milestones, and ensuring the successful deployment of our solutions.
You will help work on defining the standards and metrics (utilization rates, etc.) of the implementation team by contributing to continuous improvements around the implementation phase. You need to be comfortable operating within a start-up environment and can make high-quality decisions at pace.
You will contribute to the team and be the orchestrator behind every client's success by consistently meeting and exceeding project delivery goals in a timely and optimal manner for successful project completion that fosters customer success.
What's the role?
Conduct comprehensive onboarding workshops, and guide clients through every phase of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth go-live of their accounts.
Oversee and deliver project components as per the agreed Scope of Work (SoW), ensuring alignment with client expectations and project timelines.
Maintain a structured communication cadence with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables through work-in-progress meetings.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications to drive project success.
Develop detailed plans for data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure a seamless transition and validation of the Perx Platform.
Collaborate with Client's IT Teams (Solution Architects, Developers, UI/UX, API etc.)
Collaborate with Internal Teams i.e. Product Managers, Customer Experience Managers and Customer Support teams, to manage the project until go-live
Produce and deliver comprehensive documentation for client handover upon go-live, ensuring clarity and readiness for client operations.
Drive the successful deployment of the Perx Platform to client stakeholders and end-users, ensuring effective use and satisfaction.
Stay abreast of new features and functionalities of the Perx Platform to leverage the latest advancements in client implementations.
Partner with Customer Experience and Product Managers to identify and pursue opportunities for deeper client engagement and value addition.
Mobilize and coordinate resources across the Perx organization to expedite client implementation and onboarding, achieving the shortest possible time to go-live.
Who are we looking for?
BA/BS degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent field.
Obtained atleast 6 years of relevant industry experience in implementing SaaS solutions with large enterprise clients.
Solid SDLC experience and Project Management methodologies/fundamentals
Proven experience in managing complex technical projects, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Comfortable in conversing and dealing with web technologies.
Ability to follow change control procedures and manage revisions to the project with agreement from project sponsors.
In-depth knowledge & proven domain expertise in the area of Technical / Functional Consulting experience around implementing SaaS or Business software solutions; Solution design experience a plus.
Experience managing project risk, and performance metrics and steering projects back on track.
Professional certifications (PMI, Prince2, CAPM, PMP e.g.) are a plus.
Familiar with financial tracking and reporting of key Project Management and Professional Services Delivery metrics is a plus.
MarTech experience is a plus.
Experience working in a B2B SaaS start-up will be advantageous.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, client and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Great in managing complex and critical issues, internally and externally.
