We came together from various backgrounds with one vision: to bring a lean, user-centric approach to product innovation and software development by completely understanding the business needs before building anything.What we're looking for:As a Senior Wordpress Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality mobile applications for clients.Your main responsibilities will include providing daily standups to clients, participating in and providing insights in various meetings with managers, clients, Product Owners, and Project Managers, reviewing and fixing issues in the latest build, designing prototypes for client projects, making changes in the user interface based on client requirements or Statement of Work (SOW), and reviewing project codebases.Your expertise in Wordpress development and attention to detail will contribute to the successful delivery of client projects.Responsibilities:Provide clients with daily standups:Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, discuss challenges, and address any questions or concerns.Collaborate with the project team to ensure client expectations are met and deliverables are on track.Attend and provide insights in 1 on 1 meetings:Participate in 1 on 1 meetings with managers, clients, Product Owners, and Project Managers to gather requirements, provide updates, and offer insights from a technical perspective.Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, prioritize tasks, and address any technical issues or considerations.Review and fix issues in the latest build:Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the Android application to identify and resolve any functional or performance issues.Work closely with the development team to implement fixes and ensure a stable and reliable application.Design prototypes for client projects:Collaborate with designers, clients, and stakeholders to create user interface prototypes for Android applications.Incorporate client feedback and iterate on the designs to ensure an optimal user experience.Perform changes in the user interface according to clients/SOW needs:Modify the user interface of Android applications based on client requirements or the defined Statement of Work (SOW).Ensure consistency, usability, and adherence to best practices in UI/UX design.Review project codebasesDesigning and implementing new features and functionalityEstablishing and guiding the website's architectureEnsuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMSHelping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.Qualifications:Fluent English levelPrevious working experience as a Wordpress Developer for 5 years.BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subjectGood understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQueryExperience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applicationsExperience designing and developing responsive design websitesComfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsersAbility to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pagesKnowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN or MercurialStrong understanding of PHP back-end developmentWhat you'll love about us...
