Serge team in South Asia is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Manager for an Adventure Tourism Business to help establish the brand as a trusted and notable presence among both local and international demographics.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement on various social media platforms.
Create effective marketing strategies to convert potential customers into actual clients, including overseeing social campaigns, content production, and reviewing analytics.
Generate informative and engaging content through articles, blogs, and vlogs, addressing key questions and interests of our business's target audience.
Foster relationships with local believers through friendship, discipleship, and mentoring, aligning all actions with the Glory of God.
Requirements and Critical Qualities:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience as a social media content manager.
Exceptional writing skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging with target audiences.
Curiosity, innovative thinking, and creativity.
