- Manage adatabase of RFP responses and own the completion of technicalresponses and coordination between Sales and Engineering.
- Inpartnership with Customer Success, work directly with customers toimplement solutions including API and SSO products.
- Serve as thefirst resource for customer IT teams to ensure that learners canaccess our full tech stack (including email deliverability andvideoconferencing) from inside their corporate environments.
- Interface with the customer to configure and verify secureauthentication. - Collaborate with Product Support and CustomerSuccess to maintain documentation and integration guides -Contribute to bug triage and issue intake to respond to productquestions, clarify technical specifications and requirements, anddiagnose issues using data analysis and logging tools - Serve asthe primary business stakeholder for future product development inAPI and SSO features, identifying gaps in our product offering asyou work with customers What We Are Looking For - 5+ years ofexperience in a solutions engineer or similar technical role - Youhave directly supported customers to develop customized technicalsolutions with API products.
- You understand identity managementand have worked with the most popular protocols like SAML, OIDC,and possibly LTI.
- You have experience in RFP security complianceand pre-sales support.
- You aren't afraid to dig into thetechnical docs or manually test internal and external products tofigure out how they work.
- You are fully proficient in English andSpanish can provide professional support in writing and over videocalls.
