Job Description The Opportunity: Mattel is currently seeking a Sr. Field Representative What Your Impact Will Be Lead the field operation through the local promotion agency, defining objectives of frequency, coverage and reach.
Responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the brands at the point of sale, aligned to the commercial and trade marketing strategy of the country.
Develop display strategies together with the visual merchandising team to maximize the leadership of the brands in the different channels and categories.
Responsible for generating valuable relationships with stakeholders from: sales, customers, stores, agency.
Qualifications What We're Looking For Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves 3-4 years experience in sales, trade marketing, GTM, sales strategy, ideally managing relationships with clients, stores and promotion agencies in mass consumption categories.
