Structural Specialist

Responsible for performing Seismic and Structural Analysis of Nuclear Structures for SMR (Small Modular Reactor)Provide input for 3D modelling and drawing preparation, Checking of drawings, Review of vendor drawings and Inter:discipline ActivitiesPerform structural analysis and calculations of primary, secondary and outfitting (tertiary) steel as assigned.Review and provide technical inputs on Structural Importante empresa related technical matters to interfacing disciplineAttend meetings, discussions, audits, verifications, workshops and technical reviews that relates to Structural Importante empresaProvide effective and timely resolution of technical issues identified as required.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.**Requirements**:Bachelor degree in Civil or structural Importante empresa from a recognised universityA minimum of 5 years experience performing structural analysis and design calculations in a multi:discipline Importante empresa setup for oil and gas projects.Possess the ability to conduct finite:element modelling, analysis, and post processing for buildings/civil structuresAbility to use ANSYS Mechanical APDLKnowledge of harmonic analysis for structuresKnowledge of ACI349, ANSI/AISC N690, ASCE4, 43 and 7 would be advantageous.Knowledge of soil:structure interaction analysis would be advantageousFluent in English (written and spoken)
