And how we can deliver a more sustainable world.?_****Duties and responsibilites**:- Support to execute business tactics aligned to deliver the MMM strategy.- Support project team members to deliver and understand the Study dynamics- Identify and be a mentor for junior members of the team.- Identify the necessary network to execute and deliver proposals and projects.- Participate in business development activities, achieving quality in study execution activities, with the outcome of increasing our successful pull-through from early-stage projects into later stage project execution.- Generate execution and resourcing plans for study proposals.- Responsible for study management and results- Conduct financial evaluations of mining projects.- Review and look for assessments to sure quality standards in the studies.- Assure delivery by having senior study management assessment for studies.- Cascade Worley community of practice for world best practice in study management with peers across all sectors.- Assure Worley's best project standard practices quality, economic and strategic results for designed projects.- Manage the client-to-end and successful identifications on case studies and study execution.**Qualifications**:- University Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in direct Study Management- Project management skills under PMI approach.- Financial evaluation experience including sensitivity analysis for mining projects.- Strong risk analysis evaluation knowledge using probabilistic tools.- MMM background (Mining, Process preferably) including experience in base metals, precious metals, and energy transition minerals.- Experience in Front End Studies & Advisory, Concept/Select, Consulting, CS, PFS, FS, (NI 43-101, Project Economic Assessment (PEA) reporting.
